Application for Inclusion in National Hypnotherapy-Psychotherapy Register 

To apply for inclusion in the National Register, please complete the form below in full.

You must hold a recognised hypnotherapy or hypno-psychotherapy qualification to a minimum of Advanced Diploma (FETAC Level 5) which included interactive training either in person or online (watching video courses or weekend trainings are not acceptable).

Please have a copy of your training school hypnotherapy qualification available as you will be asked to upload it.

We automatically recognise Advanced Practical Diploma (Fetac level 5) qualifications from:

• ICHP – Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (www.hypnosiseire.ie)
• ICHI – institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy Ireland (www.ichireland.ie)
• Hypnosis Academy (www.hypnosisacademy.ie)

You must also be a member of a professional graduates association and hold current practice insurance.

There is a one-time fee of €25 to cover administrations costs. When you submit the form we will check your qualifications and let you know whether your application has been successful.

Upon successful application we will send you a payment link and you will be included in the National Register within a few days following payment.
