To apply for inclusion in the National Register, please complete the form below in full.

You need to hold a recognised hypnotherapy qualification to a minimum of Advanced Diploma level 6, be a member of a professional post-graduate association and have current insurance.

There is a one-time fee of €30 to cover administrations costs. When you submit the form we will check your qualification and let you know whether your application has been successful.

Upon successful application you will be sent a payment link to pay the inclusion fee by debit or credit card or by bank transfer and will be included in the National Register within a few days following payment.
